You are where you are in your life for a reason. You have a special purpose on this earth. As a human being you may falter in this purpose from time to time. But that’s just because you’re not staying true to who you are. You’re allowing other people’s opinions to change the way you act. Instead you should be focusing on God and what He tells you to do. He has planted you where you are for a reason.
John 15:5 ESV
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in Me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit.”
I have brought you to the place you are today for a very important reason. As a child of God you have a unique mission on this planet. You are destined to help spread light and love in this world. You have the potential to become one of the great gifts to this cruel world. With My love in your heart you can become a shining beacon of hope to each and every person you come into contact with. To some you will be the only Jesus they will ever know. So I want you to shine My love as best as you can. But to do that you need to bloom where you have been planted.
Have you ever looked at a dandelion seed? Have you ever blown on it and watched it float on the wind like an umbrella? Hopeful and confident. Hope is an incredible force. It is staying strong in the knowledge that I have a greater plan for you. There is more to this world than going to work and fulfilling your duties as a human being. You are also a child of God and that gives you a special purpose. You should carry hope in your heart and stay strong in your faith. This is what will bring you closer to God and His mission for your life. It will also spread seeds of hope in the lives of the people you come into contact with. Like little dandelion seeds fluttering on the breeze.
The root of good in this world is faith in God. The more faithful you are to Him and My teachings the more you will be able to root yourself in goodness and grace. Grace is being able to act with compassion and kindness even in the worst situations. You need to learn to be more compassionate and loving towards yourself too. The more you nurture your own faith the deeper your connection to God will grow. I have encouraged you to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. But I need you to first love yourself, so that you can learn to love others, as you have loved yourself first.
The Holy Spirit is what moves you. There is a part of God inside you. It wills you to do good and keeps the Devil at bay. You need to follow the Holy Spirit as it moves you to grow in certain directions in your life. It will bring you to beautiful experiences that help you to grow in your faith and your convictions. I have said, those that come to Me will never go thirsty. Their thirst will be quenched in a way that no earthly water ever could. You will be filled with the Spirit if you draw from my fountain that never runs dry.
You are like a plant that I am tending. I have moved you to the place you are today. You are part of my garden and I will take care of you wherever you find yourself. I want to help you grow in your faith. I want to help you flower and spread your grace and beauty throughout the world. You need to learn to trust your own convictions and grow in the areas that the Holy Spirit moves you to grow. A flower doesn’t care for wealth or beauty, it only ever has its face turned towards the light. Turn your face on My light and you will grow in leaps and bounds.
You are like a tree in My garden. Though the wind may blow, your roots in Me are deep and strong. Your branches may sway in the storms of life but you are firmly planted in your faith in Me. I will keep you as safe as I can. But you are the one who is responsible for your actions in this world. You need to build strong branches by doing what is graceful and right. You need to go out and make the right difference in this world. You need to bloom with the fragrance of my grace and love.
Psalm 52:8 ESV
“But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever.”
