The phrase “do not be afraid” appears in the Bible 365 times. God knows that you would need that assurance every single day of your life. You are loved and cared for even in the darkest hour of your life. God is an omnipotent force that is always surrounding you. You can count on Him to keep you safe and protected. But sometimes it feels like the world is against you. Like things are going wrong all over the place and there’s nothing you can do to make it better. That’s when you need to put your faith in the Lord and trust that He has you.
Isaiah 41:10a
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.”
You are very important to God. As a child of God you are constantly surrounded by His love and protection. But when things start to go wrong in life it’s easy to lose sight of this. That’s why I want you to know that even in your darkest hour I will be there by your side. All you need to do is pray and I will show you the way. It may, at times, feel as though I have abandoned you, but I am with you every step of the way. I never promised that there wouldn’t be hard times, but I have promised that I will always be with you. And of this you can be sure. I will never leave your side.
You might be afraid to fall. Whenever people start a big task in life there is always some uncertainty. You might be afraid that you aren’t good enough. Or maybe you’re afraid that you will make silly mistakes. But the truth is that you wouldn’t have the opportunities you have if God didn’t think you are ready for them. So trust that whatever God brings you to He can bring you through it too. He has promised that He will never give you more than you can handle. So when you feel overwhelmed, remember that you can do all things through My strength.
Whatever God brings you to is either a lesson or a blessing. He will not give you an insurmountable task. But that means that you need to work hard to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way. You need to make the changes and learn the lessons that will bring you closer to God and make you a better version of yourself. You can’t expect to grow as a person if you don’t learn to change and adapt to overcome the obstacles you face. So when you find yourself in a difficult situation, always ask yourself: “What lesson is God trying to teach me?”
Sometimes the fears you have are a test of faith. You need to remain faithful that everything will turn out for the best. You need to trust that God has a Divine plan for your life. The more you trust that God is there for you the more you will be able to see what He wants you to do with your life. You need to remain faithful to Him if you want to succeed as a spiritual being in this world. And once you succeed the Kingdom of Heaven will be yours. It is easy to go on feelings and it will at times feel as though God has left your side. But remember the Teacher is always quiet during the test.
There are Angels that surround you every step of the way. You are always protected by them. If you ever feel the fear creeping in you can know that your Angels are just a prayer away. They are ready and waiting to give you the strength and power to overcome any obstacle that stands in your way. Allow them to guide you whenever you’re afraid of making your next move. You can succeed and achieve anything with your army of Angels behind you.
I am also there with you every step of the way. I am constantly there to pick you up when you are down. If you feel like your world is ending just call to Me in prayer and I will carry you to greener pastures. As long as you trust that I am there for you, you will not falter. You need to keep your faith strong and fear will disappear. I don’t want you to be afraid. I want you to prosper. So trust in Me. Trust that I only want what’s best for you.
Isaiah 41:10b ESV
“I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
