Have you been wondering how you will be saved? Do you need some proof that God loves you? Or maybe you’re just feeling far removed from God. Luckily there’s just one thing you need to do to be saved and reach the pearly gates of the Kingdom of Heaven. And that’s to believe. Your faith and devotion are what will save you. Your faith and devotion are what will bring my story to life for everyone you meet. Today’s devotional is about how belief and devotion led to each and every one of My children’s salvation. And how your faith and belief in me plays an important role to all the people that you meet.

Romans 10:9 ESV

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

The Story of Jesus asks You to Believe

I am your Savior. I died for your sins and made it possible for each and every soul on this earth to reach the Kingdom of Heaven. All you need to do is believe that I am there for you. So today I want to talk to you about all the reasons you can believe that I have saved you. I’m going to share some of the miracles that God has performed and remind you why I should be a guiding force in your life.

Learn to Love Yourself

This is the first step to unlocking the peace and prosperity I want to give you. You need to learn to live with grace. Sure, you’ve made mistakes in your past. But those aren’t what your future has in store for you. If you keep thinking about everything you’ve done wrong, how are you ever going to start focusing on what you can still do right? You need to let go of the past. I died on the cross for your past wrongs. And the best apology for bad behavior is changing your behavior. So keep changing for the better so that you can let go of your past and learn to love yourself a little more each day. Keep striving toward your goal. The promise of everlasting life. Only look back if you want to remember how My grace has carried you through.

The Prediction of My Birth

My story begins long before I was born with the prophet Isaiah. He had a premonition that I would be born to a virgin and that I would be a boy. Isaiah had unwavering faith that I would be born and be called Immanuel, or “God is with us”. Through Issaih’s faith and devotion my story was told long before my birth. Isaiah believed that I would bring God to earth and his belief started to spread. This is where belief in Me started. This was the first seed of redemption that was planted in the minds of men. Without this seed of hope my entire life’s journey would have been for nothing.

An Angel Appeared to Mary

Late one night an Angel appeared to Mary to tell her that she would fall pregnant with me. If Mary did not believe the message from the Angel I would not have been born. It is through her faith and devotion that I was conceived. Without her trust in the Lord and His messenger I would never have been born to fulfill My destiny. Through Mary’s faith I was born and could save the world. Without this miracle none of God’s children would be saved. But it takes the belief of those involved to make sure the message is spread far and wide.

The Disciples

If my disciples never believed in me I would not have become the icon I am today. Not only did they support me throughout my lifetime. But after my ascension they wrote my story as best they could. Through their belief the New Testament was born and my message reached throughout the world. Even today their faith in me is bringing joy and hope to Christians around the world and helping to save people who find Me in the word of God. Imagine the New Testament was never written. The world would be lost and my death would have been in vain.

You Today

And today you are here because a part of you believes. But you need to believe wholeheartedly if you want to spread the Word of God to the best of your abilities. You should not be afraid to let your convictions move you. The Holy Spirit rests within you and it is through the Holy Spirit that you will spread the Word of God. You need to listen to your heart and let My teachings flow through your words and actions so you too will be saved. The more you can live as I lived and uphold my teachings the closer you get to entering the Kingdom of Heaven. The more you show your belief in me the more you will be saved.

Believing in God is Enough to Save You

Luckily if your belief in Me is strong it will be easy to act in such a way that you improve on a daily basis. Through belief in me you will become changeable. And I will be able to mold you more in my image, like a potter molds clay. I will move you to fulfill your Divine Purpose as you walk the earth. I will make sure that you reach the Kingdom of Heaven. Remember, your sins are washed away with my blood. All you need to do is believe that I died on the cross for you and you will be saved. As long as you believe in my story with your whole heart and act in love, everlasting life in Heaven will be yours.
