You have a habit of making terrible choices, and your friends have watched and stood by whilst you fall repeatedly. It’s like you have one foot in the door and then somebody closes it hard on you. Hard. You jump back, filled with choice words, grabbing your foot wondering what went wrong, without thought or consideration that you actually probably shouldn’t have tried walking through it in the first place. Embarrassing, isn’t it? Your friends try not to roll their eyes, but it’s hard to watch someone keep making the same mistakes again, and it feels as if this is mainly centered around love. Your angels sense that too, so your friends are needed now to tell you to steer clear! They couldn’t say it louder, either.
Get As Far Away from This Person as You Can!
Back up, they shout! Remove yourself from this awful situation, do you not remember all those other times you got hurt? Ah yes, but you tell them it will be so different this time. They’ve changed. They sound like they really mean it this time. ‘Let me make my own choices.’ Is this starting to sound familiar? Yes. That’s because love can do terrible things to us, if we let it. That last bit was correct - if we let it. After all, we do have control over what happens to us to some extent. We cannot help who we love, but we can help how we go about experiencing it. Letting ourselves get walked all over by someone who simply doesn’t love you is definitely high up on the list of having some control.
This is Not Your Destiny
It’s terrifying loving somebody else. It’s utterly frightening to know that you want to give your entire heart to somebody who wants to trash it and break it into a million pieces. They listen intently whilst you tell them you want to spend your life with them. You hold their gaze and for a second, you believe their sincere smile. It seems as though you have won them over, finally. The fear dismantles inside of you, only for your vulnerability to be shredded to pieces when they let you down or hurt you. Watching helplessly are your friends, not just once, but several times. In fact, as many times as you can stomach, even if it means getting professional help at the end of it due to your mental health taking such a tumble.
It’s Time to Say Goodbye - Let it Go and Be Free of These Chains
Your friends know that it’s time to let this great love go. They fear - just like your angels - that it’s time to admit this love is one-way. It is all you, and nobody else, and their biggest concern is that you have led the narrative of your love story being the only one meant for you, when in truth, it is all imagined by you. Love does not hurt, love does not ignore, love does not watch you suffer and say or do nothing to make it better. Love is pure and giving. What you are experiencing is someone treating you with utter disrespect, and you are forgiving them because you feel like love wins. In turn, all that does is allow them to get away with treating you how they see fit, no matter what that may do to your soul.

This is such a depressing warning sign to get from your angels, and as they work tirelessly with your friends, there are going to be some new behaviors from them you may notice, namely that of their straight-talking honesty. They want you to steer clear of anything that is not good for you, but this seems to be heavily associated with a past lover, or someone you want to be with who simply will not commit to you. You have given it time, you have used all your patience in waiting for them like they asked, but they’re simply using you and taking advantage of your good nature whilst they get away with their terrible behavior.
