Dead End Job
You've always been fairly happy plodding along, haven't you? No real ambition, no real challenge, and no real direction. Those things don't matter to you though, because all you want is to be able to pay your bills, and have some money left over for a little fun at the end of the month. What truly inspires you has been buried deeply, under a wave of critical comments and uninspiring role models. You have forced yourself to believe you are worth nothing more than you currently doing, and that striving to improve or train to better your career simply does not exist.
Angels Send Delays to Purposely Wake You
Who are the very spirits watching you, and seeing this as a huge issue? Your angels, of course! They are always around, and always have been, so their attitude toward you is that you must realize, through a warning sign, that you are in a dead-end job – with no hope of promoting yourself or being promoted. They will send you this warning sign through unexplained delays – as their intention is to make you realize that you're going nowhere – literally. It might sound harsh, but angels are so clever at getting to the point, and letting you see their point of view, so watch out for any delay that could reveal a bigger picture.
Being in a job that is not serving you long term, you will likely feel a few things. One false positive you will notice about a dead-end job is that you feel safe. This is a false sense of safety though and is detrimental to your progress. It might feel good going in, clocking in to start a shift, and seeing all the familiar people you usually do, doing all the familiar tasks you normally do, but what good is that for you? It's like rewinding a tape and watching the same movie over and over again. Nothing new will happen, but some people like to know the outcome, so remain there, repeating each day as if it were exactly the same as the one before.
The Sky is The Limit – Not the Roof
Jobs are out there, and you can apply for whichever one you want to. Sometimes, people only apply for what they think their limits are. Those low-paid contracts that see you earn the minimum of what you are actually talented or skilled at. That voice inside your head, saying you are not worth more, hits you and keeps you trapped in a situation that is less than ideal. Does this sound like something you are currently experiencing, or have you not even given it a thought until your angels divinely intercepted? It's difficult, isn't it? It is extremely hard to see yourself in any other different position, because you've ever believed in yourself. You are literally the delay to your destiny.
Any unexplained delay will be a factor in your development in the future. Without knowing you are holding yourself back, you won't appreciate the tiny steps you can take to get out of there and really discover who you are and what you're good at. What your angels are trying to show you, albeit through a warning, is that you are capable of more, if only you could see it, and work toward it. Don't let delays to your day affect the course of your life's purpose.
Stop Resisting Change
Changes happen to come along at the right time, even if your spirit and soul resists them. If you hate endings, then you won't like leaving a place of safety for something new, because you won't see the exciting aspects it carries. This is why you are stuck, and your angels, through their warnings, are trying to make you aware. If you know underneath those layers of fear and uncertainty that you are destined for more, then it is now time to start taking those initial steps to being curious about your skill set, and how you can improve them to find the job of your dreams. You must appreciate that it takes time, but as with anything, you will get there with the help of your guiding light forces.
