Stress is something we seldom escape nowadays. It's everywhere. At work, at home, at the supermarket, or even driving, as people beep and make their way to their destinations. People want what they want immediately and are impatient if they have to wait. Stress is one of the worst feelings to experience, especially as so much causes it. So, what do you do when stress encroaches on your life? Do you let it pass you by and keep positive, or do you let it eat you alive? There is a right or wrong, but it isn't that easy to practice letting go of stress.
Searching for High and Low – To No Avail
When you lose something, one of the first emotions you can feel is that of stress. Tossing cushions and pillows upside down and across the room to look for your keys or pulling the couch away from the wall to see if your paperwork fell down the side of it. The rage you feel when you unearth nothing is exactly why you are feeling that stress build inside you, and it is so unhealthy. Imagine feeling this on a daily basis, and just allowing yourself to get used to it? That could be so damaging to you both physically and mentally, not to mention those around you who spend a lot of time with you or must live with you.
Stress is born from the desire to have everything under your own control, but the lack of awareness that this just isn't possible. Of course – we would all love our own way all of the time. If the traffic could be quiet for that trip, if there wasn't a huge wait in the ER, if that totally annoying work colleague would just quit so you don't have to see them every day anymore. If only your deadlines could be extended, if only you had more time. The list goes on and on, and yes what an ideal world we would live in if we could click our fingers and experience this level of cruise control, but we don't. That's where your problem lies, and why you are being warned by your angels that your stress levels are only on the increase due to the denial of life being out of your hands for most of the time.
Angels Care – Even if You Think They Don't.
The seeds of doubt that your angels even have your back have felt as if they have started to sprout lately. When you are juggling a thousand things at once, and none of the puzzle pieces fit, you just want to throw the towel in and abandon your spiritual beliefs and connections altogether, and your angels don't want that. They want and need you as much as you want and need them, only you aren't willing to see their warning signs as a part of life, rather than a personal attack on you. Let the bad stuff happen, and smile as it eventually passes you by.
Some people fear stress. They see it as a leech, attaching itself to the mind and body, unable to be released. In truth, we all feel a certain level of stress, and you are not exempt from that. Life can be so cruel when it thinks you can handle more than you can, but it is a true test of self and strength when you deal effectively with what stress factors are entering your environment. Embrace your courage to show stress to the door, rather than allowing it to take over your entire body, because it will show up in so many health issues eventually, if left untreated.
Stress Is Never Welcome!
The truth will eventually set you free, so you must start to normalize stress. Also, there is a lot to be said about not inviting too much of it into your life, because if you do, it can be hard to see it off. If you dwell on too much, it will only be more weight you'll need to carry around with you, and you don't want that. Try just letting your angels know that you hear them, and you will endeavor to find more ways to relax, rather than letting the small things build up to be unmanageable.
