There are the lucky few who get to do what they want for a living, and they are rarely concerned about the wage packet at the end of each month. If they are happy, the rest can take care of themselves. Then there are the masses – those who work to pay for their lifestyle. It can be expensive, or regular, but the fact is, most of us only want to see money coming in, even if that means working a miserable job. A salary is essential for us all if we want to live, eat and survive under a roof.

How do you feel about your job? Does it pay all your bills and still leave you enough to get by and have a fun time with family or friends? Are you able to go on holiday, or treat yourself to a few items that make you feel happy or cheer you up? Are you able to afford a takeaway every now and then without checking your bank balance first? If so, you are very lucky indeed. After all, what would happen if you were suddenly met with a pay cut?
