You may already know the familiar yet daunting feeling of being unable to breathe. As if from nowhere, the sudden, dire sensation of suffocation is overwhelming you, causing you to panic more. This vicious cycle is not usually helped by people making a fuss of you, or your senses working overtime and picking up on your surroundings, adding fuel to the fire. Panic attacks are very real, and frightening. They hit us like a bolt out of the blue and cause a great deal of suffering. Those who experience them are often left worrying when and where the next attack will occur, leading to a sheltered, fragile life.

Panic Can Be Sudden – Look Out

When we are heading towards a bad bout of panic this way, it is a type of anxiety that is hard to get a grip on. The one thing our angels know is how sudden these attacks can take place, and they want to warn us as much as possible that we are directly hurtling towards a period in our lives that we will try hard to say goodbye to very quickly. Do you sense an impending series of panic that you are seemingly unable to shake? What is going on in your life that is causing this buildup of anxiety, and how are your angels going to help ease it?

Believe it or not, you do get warning signs. When panic attacks are en route, the first thing you will notice is a heavy feeling in your gut. This is akin to going to a dreaded appointment, or having to do something you really don't want to do. It makes you feel sluggish, and uncertain of what lies ahead. The feeling soon subsides though, and when it does, you feel relief. Panic attacks are simply very acute versions of this, whereby that heavy feeling rises into your chest and causes you to feel as if you are literally dying. It is sudden and is indeed an illness of some kind even though you wouldn't think so.

Not All Illnesses Are Visible

As illnesses can also be mental, you may find it hard to admit when you are suffering because you cannot see the illness. This doesn't take away its authenticity though, and you are going to have to listen to your angels as much as you listen to your body on this occasion, to try and gain some kind of control over it all before it escalates into an even bigger problem. Just because you cannot see something, doesn't mean that it isn't real. Hold onto your soul, and trust in the movements you are making as your destination will be a much brighter place.

Breathe Through the Panic

When you receive little notes of anxiety in your day, whether it's worrying about a presentation, or job interview, or even date, remember to try and breathe through the worry. Contemplate life after the event and look further than the one thing causing you to feel panicked. If you can take control and start to handle the small things, the bigger things won't seem as huge as they would be if you didn't. Your angels throw smaller signs or feelings your way as they attempt at gauging how you react and build you up to real panic attacks that are no fun at all.

If you start to feel a panic attack coming on, you won't be surprised to know how sudden they can occur. If you are in a calm place, that will not be enough to make you feel as though they won't happen – because they can. The most important thing to think about is how you are breathing. Don't focus on what is going on around you, focus on yourself. Give your body the time it deserves to pass through the panic and honor the process entirely. Once you hit fear, you will realize that nothing else happens. Nothing terrible rises from panic, and the knowledge of being unable to pinpoint your worries to one thing will help dissolve the issue quicker. Your angels know your inner strength, but they also know how to get their point across. To be effective, they must connect with you efficiently.
