Prayer help to protect our homes against floods

It’s difficult to watch other people go through life without having faith in God. With this prayer you can ask God to enter the heart of that person:

Dear God

Please help to protect me, my family and our home against floods.

I know it needs to rain, but can you please not make it flood.

The heavy rain is very destructive and it causes a lot of damage.

So if you could make it rain less but for a longer period of time it would really be appreciated.

I know the plants need water and that we should be grateful for the rain that we get because there are some areas in the world that don’t get enough rain.

But please save some of our rain for those places.
