But any kind of treatment will be good for you right now - even if it’s just a nice self-care day at home. You need time off to rest and recuperate. Maybe you faced a major trauma in the last while. Maybe you were sick and you haven’t gotten over it completely. Whatever it is there’s something out of place with your energy levels and it’s making life very difficult for you.

Nine energy is all about seeing the bigger picture and letting go of the past. It’s time to take a breather from the pandemic and think about what you really want to spend your time on. Do you want to spend your time worrying about who’s vaccinated and who isn’t? Do you want to spend your time worrying about toilet paper and other essentials? Or is it time to shake off those bad vibes and look at the world through new eyes? The truth is the world has moved on, and so should you! Worrying about everything else is only going to make you more sick and tired of life. So it’s time to get over the trauma that was the pandemic and start living life again.
