You don't need a fortune teller to tell you that the dove you've been encountering is a sign that you are on the right path, and on that path, there's happiness. You just need to wait or keep moving, whichever way, you're bound to experience happiness soon.

Happiness is more than just a passing feeling. It is an immersive passion that can engulf your entire being and make all other negative factors seem irrelevant. Everyone deserves to feel this happiness, especially after they have gone through a phase.

Numerous factors can hinder our success, and yet again, these factors can either be people, places, or things. To experience happiness, we would have to make an effort to get rid of these obstructive factors.

This process will no doubt be long and challenging. But consider it as the price you have to pay to access the sea of happiness that lies beyond. Even treasure hunters have to go through obstacles before they find the treasure, and happiness is worth more than any treasure you could find.

And guess what? The divine realm, because it can see your future, will send you a dove to inform you that your struggles will pay off.

Why is happiness essential in life?

Happiness makes people more successful, asides from this, it also offers plenty of health benefits such as improved heart conditions, lower blood pressure, lesser stress and anxiety, and lesser chances of heart conditions.

It also impacts our daily interaction with others. Imagine a world without grumpy people, that would be amazing, wouldn't it? When we are filled with happiness, we are more likely to tolerate others and not throw tantrums about how their actions affect us.

Happiness extends your life; boosts your immune system and helps you have a better life in general.

Manage your stress

Stress is one of the dominant factors that affect one's state of mind. It's pretty easy to get caught up in the hurdles of daily life and let the stress influence our mental well-being. However, managing our stress levels helps keep the stress in check.

Exercise, regular dieting, and sufficient rest can help us slow down and chill for a bit. They can help us recover from the effects of our recent chores and prepare for what's coming.

If possible, you could change your routine-get rid of things that stress you out so much and trigger your anger or anxiety. If that's not possible, then opt for these stress-reduction patterns. Bathing, sometimes, can have calming effects.

If you notice that you are beginning to have anxiety attacks due to the impounding amount of stress, take a cold shower. You'd notice the regenerated energy. A nap after a shower is as soothing as a massage. You could also try breathing exercises. They help too.

Live healthy and happy

As mentioned earlier, exercise is an effective means of reducing stress and staying healthy. Living healthy involves eating well, cutting down on excess alcohol intake, getting good exercise, and getting sufficient sleep. Living happily entails getting rid of all thoughts, people, and actions that create sad emotions in our minds. Learn to let go and accept new changes.

If these things or people you have cut off make you sad, you could consult a professional psychologist to help you feel better. These psychologists are here to help us regain our wellness and live a better life. Employ their services if need be.

Find things and people that make you happy

Now's not the time to remain grounded in your shell and wallow in self-pity or self solace. Go out there and find happiness. Even if you're introverted, there must be something out there that puts a smile on your face.

Remember, humans are sociable creatures by default. Your happiness might lie in something or someone else and you have to find it. If you're already on a quest to find this happiness, do not relent. Even the divine realm has seen that you eventually find the happiness that you seek; that's why they sent you that dove.
