The divine realm is all-seeing, they are aware of occurrences that you have no idea of. To keep us safe, they send us warnings so we can be more mindful of our actions and stay out of danger.

There are different aspects to mindfulness-physical, mental, and spiritual. Physical mindfulness has to do with your surroundings. It entails paying attention and being cautious of the things and people within our immediate environment, especially those that threaten our safety.

You would have to be mindful of all that you do and how you do it. Physical mindfulness enhances our bond with natural elements and helps us appreciate the resources that nature offers.

You should know about situational awareness. It means being aware of your immediate environment enough to identify the threats and enact action to ensure your safety. A dove's presence is probably a call for situational awareness. The divine realm may be trying to hint at impending danger and beckoning you to change your routines.

Spiritual mindfulness

Spiritual mindfulness, on the other hand, deals more with being in touch with your beliefs, experiences, and perceptions. The dove you found might be a message from the divine realm asking why you're losing your bond with them.

They are asking you to stay close so they can protect you. You can only receive the benefits they offer if you're close enough.

According to experts, spiritual mindfulness is split into four faculties: faith, wisdom, effort, and concentration. When you pay heed to all of these faculties, you're well on your way to rebuilding the bond with the realm.

Mental mindfulness

Last, but not least, is mental mindfulness. This involves a deep connection with our thoughts and senses. Mental mindfulness helps us improve our psychological welfare. We can manage stress, focus, and grow better if all our mental faculties are in order; this is what mental mindfulness helps us achieve.

How to be more physically mindful

Here are four ways to be more mindful of your environment and keep yourself safe.

Avoid vulnerability

Insecurity and powerlessness take away our ability to protect ourselves. Completely eradicate everything that can make you a victim, whether it's a habit, a person, or a thing. For instance, if you take a particular route home from work or school each day, it's easier for a person to plan your kidnapping. Become less predictable.

If possible, arm yourself with skills that help you protect yourself better. You could learn martial arts, boxing or taekwondo if you live in a bad area. If you're living with bad-tempered people, grow a thick skin so you don't get affected by their hurtful words. Do all you can to make sure you do not become a victim.

Consider all possibilities

Play the 'what if game. This would help you analyze all possibilities and create a backup plan for if they eventually occur. With a backup plan, you would stay prepared at all times. Create mental scenarios of every event that could harm you and come up with a solution for all of them.

We cannot overemphasize the need for caution, especially in today's world. You can't possibly be too safe. Keep an open mind at all times and be ready to handle whatever comes your way.

Keep your information private

There have been several cases where the information people put on social media was what led to the danger, they found themselves in. Be mindful of any information you make public. If possible, make your friends take permission from you before they post anything about you on social media.

However, there is some public information that you cannot control. For example, your tax and property ownership information. Luckily, this information is safe to an extent. Overall, you should be cautious not to say too much about yourself in public.

Trust your guts; listen to your intuition

You were given guts and intuition for a reason. If your guts say it's time to go home, you should listen. Our intuition is our sixth sense. It gives us hints of future occurrences that we sometimes fail to acknowledge. We must learn to pay attention to our inner voice at all times.
