A comfort zone can be our major limitation, especially if it seems like all is going well and we are content with it. When we refuse to break out of our comfort zone, we are likely to live a life of mediocrity, thus letting all our gifts, resources and talents go to waste. The divine realm does not want this.
The dove soars the sky without limits or restraint- it fully maximizes all resources in terms of space and strength- that's how we should be; that's how the divine realm wants us to be, and when we're not, they send us a practical reference to make us realize that we are not fully utilizing all the resources for growth that has been put within our reach or custody.
Sometimes, the barriers that we face are merely mental blockages. The presence of a dove, which is a symbol of flight, is an indication that we need to fly out of our mental prisons and explore the horizons that lay waiting for us.
You need to come out of your shell
Being introverted, reserved, or content with remaining in your shell has its perks, no doubt. But we can agree that all of these do not attract success or progress as much as their counterparts do. The drawbacks of introvertedness are plenty. First, you miss opportunities because you were not aware of them. It may be something you could handle, but because you didn't put yourself out there, it slipped right under your nose, probably to someone less competent.
Then, there are times when you get misjudged. Most people mistake introverts for snubs because the differences between the two are very obvious. Your silence can be mistaken for snobbishness. You'd be tagged antisocial, a snob, or an insecure person. How would you change that narrative about yourself if you don't come out of your shell?
That's not all. When you are so obsessed with the comfort that your shell provides, you would have an extremely hard time handling situations that put you in the public eye. Sometimes, these situations are completely unavoidable. What would you do if you were assigned to give a public speech by someone higher in hierarchy than you are? You certainly can't turn it down. Save yourself the torture and humiliation. Start practicing now so you would not be at a disadvantage.
Get rid of the shyness, inferiority complex, or self-consciousness- you are unique
As mentioned earlier, these features may have their perks, but they are detrimental to our progress no doubt. We must rid ourselves of them at all costs. It would be difficult no doubt, especially when you have to go through it alone.
The first step in all of this is to realize that people do not care about what you are so insecure about. They may have not even noticed it at all. Realizing this would make the process easier for you. Slowly declutter your mind and be more open-you'd then realize publicity isn't as terrible as it looked from the safety of your shell.
Put yourself out there more often
Challenge yourself to go out more often. Now's the right time to make yourself seem approachable. Engage people more often. Accept invites when they are offered-stop making all the excuses in the world. Willingly participating in social events-this could serve as training and also help with your confidence. You could also start sharing things about yourself more often. Doing this would help dispel all the rumors or negative impressions that people had about you.
Challenge yourself
Challenging yourself here implies fighting all the mental barriers that are limiting you. It means cutting off all thoughts that make you so scared of leaving your comfort zone. Yes, things could go wrong, and yes, you may get embarrassed, and yes, you may feel mocked or ridiculed, but trust me, it's not as terrible as you think.
Find out things that help with boosting your confidence and utilize them as much as you can. Take the decluttering process one step at a time, and you'd slowly get the hang of it. To boost your confidence, you could set some easy goals at first. Once you see how easy it is to smash these goals, you'd be tempted to test deeper waters.
Ask for help when you need help
No doubt, the divine realm sees all our struggles, but if we have neglected them for so long, you may need to beckon on them before they come to your intercession. Yes, they care about you. But they don't go about blessing random people.
You have to revere them, at least. Acknowledge them and make them feel wanted in your life. You have the choice of will to decide what force to let into your life so the divine realm will not meddle in your affairs unless you grant them express permission.
If you want quicker help, always align with divinity. Keep your heart and mind pure and abide by the rules. Reverence them occasionally. Openly state that you are one with them and permit them to have a say in your life.
Have faith
This is not the time to doubt the power of the heavenly realm in your life. Play your part in putting yourself on the path of divine aid while being assured of their absolute surety.
