We all have different ideas of things that matter. However, these things that we give priority to might not provide so many benefits to our lives, the divine realm sees this, and they want to point our attention to things that we should bring up the priority scale.

Habits are one of the primary things that tale take attention away from where they should be. Sadly, we are more likely to get addicted to bad habits than to positive ones. We will cling to laziness, obsessions, procrastination, and greed faster than we would to good morals.

Distractions abound in our world today. The ever-expanding world of technology keeps introducing new elements into our lives each day. A majority of these new introductions tend to draw us away from the things we set as priorities before their advent.

The divine realm sees how to stagger through all these temptations and distractions. They want us to find our way back to the right path; they are offering us the gift of the rainbow to guide us back to the track.

The things that matter

Family, friends, inner peace, health, time, passion, nature, affection, and education. These are some of the primary factors that add meaning and beauty to our lives. The absence of the things that matter in our lives can leave a vacuum in our hearts and minds that cannot be filled.

Whenever we begin to be bombarded by distractions that cause us to neglect these factors, the divine realm will send us a rainbow as a reminder to re-refocusing to heed the advice of the divine realm will have severe consequences. Your mental health will suffer the most adverse consequences. At the end of the day, when all your obsessions have faded, you will realize the true vanity of the things you were chasing.

Unfortunately, it might be a tad too late to begin prioritizing these significant factors. At this point, we are filled with regret and intense self-loathing. The worst part is that we would have nothing to either hold on to or fall back on.

The divine realm does not want you in a situation like this. You must take action now. If you start early enough, you will have enough time to reap the benefits of your good investments before your time here is up.

Invest in quality relationships

Good relationships are essential to a quality life. As we mentioned earlier in the article, humans are genetically social animals. They cannot function fully without interaction with other humans.

Even if you do not have family members, you can create a new network of friends. It's possible to create a friendship bond stronger than blood ties. Invest in good relationships with good people. When you are at your lowest point, you will reap the turnover of this investment.

We all need people that will come through for us when we need it. We need people who are willing to let us vent while they listen attentively.

Everyone needs that one friend that will drop everything on their hands and come running when they need help. But, friendships like this are not bought. They are built with time, commitment, patience, compromise, and above all, love.

Curb your obsessions

Your obsessions will restrict your attention from flowing through the path that it should. Social media is the biggest obsession in today's world. We are all glued to our screens to the extent that we become oblivious to the physical world.

The thrills and pleasures we get from social media are shorter-lived push comes to shove, none of your screen celebrities can come through for you.

This is not to say you cannot develop good relationships on social media. But, of all the digital homes and communities you build online, at least one of them is solid enough to come through for you at your lowest point.

Decide on what's important and stick to it.

Find you're why. Find that which motivates, inspires, and enthuses you. Make a goal out of it, and set on achieving that goal. Block all distractions. Only invest in relationships and factors that lead to the completion of that goal.
