The divine realm, the sovereign creator, and the soul of your deceased loved ones are constantly watching down on you. All of your struggles, happy moments, fancy experiences, and every other phase you go through. Companionship, care, and guidance are some of the benefits of the divine realm.
As humans, we cannot function solo. There are just too many hurdles for us to navigate a solo trip. Now, we may choose without physical companions, but it would be best if we make a concerted effort to align with divinity so we can at least have some form of solace in our times of trial.
The divine realm offers us comfort
Comfort is a luxury that some people cannot afford. They go through trauma alone, and this takes a toll on their mental health. Sometimes, they are voluntarily lonely. Other times, they cannot find people willing to show them empathy.
Regardless of whichever category you belong to, the divine realm will walk with you and hold your hands while you go through this phase.
Though you can't see them, they send hints and cues to inform you of their presence.
You will likely find pennies if your loved ones have recently passed on. They send you these pennies, telling you that they are still there. They can see your mourning, and they want you to move on.
You could be wallowing in other emotions that are detrimental to your emotional well-being- or you're probably sick. You know they would send you a get-well-soon card if they could. But since they can't, they turn to pennies and hope you get the message.
Go outside more
Even our therapists advise you to associate with more people to rid yourself of depressive thoughts. Try to relive your glory days (if you had any).
Go out more, attend parties, get chatty and interact with people more often. You should have a community or a group of friends that understand your current situation. When they are aware, they can help you overcome this even faster.
Humans are social creatures by default. A lack of association can lead to a decrease in the state of their mental health. Go out with people and do those you've wanted to do for a long time.
The worst thing you can do now is to become reclusive and wallow in self-pity. There is love and laughter to be found outside. Go outside and find it. You deserve to be happy.
Love yourself even more
Now is the time to show yourself all the love and care in the world. Take it upon yourself to nurture yourself back to good health. Spoil yourself as much as possible. You've been a hard worker, you've held on for so long, you're a strong and unique person, and you deserve all the pampering in the world.
Take yourself out on dates, go on tours, book massage sessions and solo concerts, and do all the fun things on your to-do list.
Seek professional help
When you're ready to begin the journey to self-rediscovery, contact a professional mental health expert to help you do it. These experts have professional training to show you a faster route to a better life. They would suggest treatment plans and prescribe medications for you.
Just keep going
You heard right- keep going. No matter how tough the road to healing seems, keep pushing. Eventually, you reach the stable ground. Yes, it may be tiring to repeatedly be told 'things will get better,' especially when it seems you've been stuck for a long time. But don't lose hope.
Keep making an effort. Keep showing up. And remember, your divine guardians are cheering you all the way- you can't see them. But you sure will see the pennies they send.
